ParentMail

At IKB, we use a communication and payment system called ParentMail which allows us to send to a wide range of communication to our parents and allows parents to pay for school lunches, clubs, trips etc. As part of the enrolment process all families are automatically registered.

ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.  

Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, it is highly recommend that you download the ParentMail App for the best user experience.To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store.

Please note, the school does not accept cash or cheque payments, unless it if for a charitable cause such as Children in Need.  All payment for School Meals, Trips, Activities and additional resources must be paid for through ParentMail
